🔧 What RTEP Repairs for Homeowners in the Community

• Window and door repairs to improve safety, insulation, and comfort.
• Grab bar and ramp installations to support mobility and independence for seniors and people with disabilities.
• Roof patching and minor structural fixes that prevent further damage and keep families safe.
• Plumbing and electrical safety repairs to eliminate hazards and improve daily living conditions.
• Yard cleanups and exterior improvements that restore pride and curb appeal.
• Weatherization and energy‑saving upgrades to help homeowners stay comfortable and reduce utility costs.
