David Flitman, PresidentDavid is originally from Cleveland, Ohio and graduated from Kent State University with a BBA in Finance. After college David joined Westinghouse Electric Corporation (today CBS), and eventually through several promotions/relocations came to El Paso to work in the Juarez MX maquiladora community in 1992. He met his wife Debi shortly after arrival and decided to make El Paso home. During his career David worked for North American Philips, Scientific Atlanta/Cisco and Eaton Corporation as a Financial Controller. He retired in May 2019. Since retirement he has been assisting the El Paso Fighting Hunger Food bank and Rebuilding Together El Paso non-profits.

Courtney Yeatman, Vice PresidentCourtney Yeatman is a Vice President of residential construction lending at WestStar Bank in El Paso, Texas. In her role, she maintains banking relationships with homebuilders as well as generates new business opportunities to further expand the banks residential construction loan program.
Yeatman joined Weststar in 2009 as a credit file clerk and has served in various positions since then, including loan review assistant, business loan analyst, and most recently Assistant Vice President of commercial lending. She graduated from Colorado Technical University with an MBA degree in finance. |
Brandon Bielamowicz, Board MeMberBrandon Bielamowicz is a native Texan but is a recent transplant to the Sun City. He is the Engineering Manager at the Marathon Petroleum Refinery in El Paso and has worked in many Maintenace and Engineering Industry. Brandon has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and is a graduate of Texas A&M University.
Together with his wife, Lisa, they are raising 5 awesome kids that keep them very busy. In his (limited) free time, Brandon enjoys woodworking, landscaping, DIY projects, fitness, and just being outside. Rebuilding Together allows him to put many of his skills to good use serving fellow El Pasoans. |
Roger de Moor, Executive DirectorRoger, who is of Dutch origin, came to live in the USA in 1996. His career with Philips Electronics moved him over three continents, before settling down in El Paso. After finishing his Ms Sc in Industrial Engineering and Mgt Sciences, he moved to Portugal to start his international assignments. During the first part of his career he was an internal consultant in Organization and Efficiency, working in countries like Portugal, Singapore and Austria on factory, National and Product Division levels.

During the next phase of his career, he managed factories and complete businesses in Portugal, Juarez Mexico, Ohio USA, Poland and again in Juarez. His experience spans the whole industrial life cycle, from starting and growing new activities, to managing and reorganizing mature businesses and selling factories or even closing operations all together. After his last assignment as Vice President of the Philips NA TV activity in Juarez Mexico, Roger settled down in El Paso. After being retired from industry he was for six years active as President of Rebuilding Together El Paso, a non-profit in the housing sector. He just changed this position to Executive Director of the same organization, as to safeguard the sustainability of the growing organization. He is also Chairman of the Board of VOAD (Volunteer Organizations Active in Disasters).
Ryan Shea Hourigan, Marketing DirectorPersonal Experience: My hometown is El Paso, and I love this border city! As an alumni from UTEP, I began working there first as a high school student with the Technology Planning and Distance Learning – developing some of the first Distance Learning courses with the faculty. Following my bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, I followed my head and heart to get a Masters in Philosophy of Religion. My family and I are currently growing and loving our Sun City! As a Lead Digital Media Instructor with Creative Kids, a non-profit empowering youth through the arts, I was able to touch the lives of many youth and help successfully expand their digital arts program. A lover fishing, hunting, yoga, and all things cryptocurrency/blockchain. An eclectic sort of person.

Professional Experience: Working over 15 years in Digital Marketing & Advertising expertise, sharpened keen skills and brought successful ROAS (return on advertising spend) to many nonprofits, small & large businesses. Over 10 million dollars in advertising spend has been under my direct management and optimization on various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, and others. I continue to sharpen my advertising and marketing skills managing close to 100k monthly. For 5 years I served as a Senior Sales Analyst and Channel Revenue Expert with exposure in the 4th largest Healthcare software provider in the USA (company annual revenue approx. $430 million in FY 2012 ). I helped identify over 1 million targeted sales in the first year. Furthermore the team and I mapped over our dental client database (from a homegrown CRM) to Salesforce. All while delivering executive level reporting and boardroom level dashboard analysis. Being a Salesforce Admin for Dental QSI Sales Department allowed me to teach and train Company-wide best practices. As a Board Member and Marketing Director with RTEP (Rebuilding Together El Paso), I was given the opportunity to grow awareness of RTEP and make an impact in the lives/homes of El Pasoans in need.
Roberto Candelario, Salesforce specialist & Army veteranRoberto Candelario is the Owner of Candelario HR Consulting and a 23 year US Army Veteran and is a board member of the El Paso Rebuilding Together Organization. Mr. Candelario was an Infantryman during his military career and held many different levels of leadership positions. Deployed to Afghanistan, Iraq, and Africa in support of the Global War on Terrorism. Retired as a Sergeant First Class after a successful career earning such awards as Army Achievement Medal (5th Award), Army Commendation Medal (6th Award), Meritorious Service Medal, Bronze Star Medal with Valor. Graduate from the Senior Leadership Course, earned Air Assault, Expert Infantry, and Combat Infantry Badge. Earned a BS in Human Resources from Excelsior College and is certified as a Society For Human Resources Professional and Assistant Professional Human Resources.

Julia M. Smith, P.E. (NM, TX)Julia Smith, P.E., is a native El Pasoan and a proud UTEP alumni with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. She is an Associate Geotechnical Engineer with Wood Environment & Infrastructure Solutions in their Las Cruces, NM, office. Julia joined RTEP as a representative of the El Paso chapter of the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC). She is currently the Treasurer and a Past President of the chapter.
Julia and her husband Kurt have an amazing daughter named Sophia. They enjoy family beach vacations, home projects and new adventures! |
Cristina Zuniga, marketing assistant/admin

Cristina is born and raised in the border City of EL Paso, single mother of 3 very active teenagers. She has worked mostly as a loan officer or Admin for various companies and cities in the West Texas area, she has volunteered for Habit for Humanity commercializing in-kind materials. At this moment she is familiarizing herself with online marketing for non-profits. She joined RTEP as a volunteer in the beginning of 2015 involving herself in home review, directly dealing with the clients. Cristina was recently hired by RTEP as Marketing Assistant/ Admin.
She has been motivated to join RTEP based on her personal experience with her mother struggling at home with the disability and as such understanding firsthand the trials families go thru with such cases at home. She sees the opportunity to help others in similar situations and she gets such a gratifying outcome from the help RTEP provides to these families. Cristina has also been a important part of the SHEBuilds program within RTEP. She is involved in training women in our home repair workshops and has been an essential part of 2 very important community SHEBuilds projects, The 'Dede Wish Boutique @ YWCA and the lounge room at the "El Pasoans Fighting Hunger". She also promotes the organization in the community as to create a support network for the organization.

Sylvia Hernandez, Secretary in the BoardSylvia Hernandez, Director of Loretto Academy Challenge Program, a scholarship and mentor program for young women whose goal is to graduate from Loretto and earn a degree from a university of her choice.
Sylvia holds an MBA, BBA, both earned at UTEP. Her career highlights include work at the University of Texas at El Paso as director of development and raising funds for the College of Liberal Arts was rewarding and provided great insight to the need of the funding for students’ education. It also includes several years in the nonprofit sector as manager of operations to organizing events to securing funds for the organization. Sylvia’s work experience includes serving as a director of marketing for shopping malls. Sylvia is currently serving on Rebuilding Together El Paso (RTEP) and Centro Santa Catalina board of directors. She is an active member of St Pius X church and its’ ministries. She has served numerous other nonprofit boards and municipal committees in El Paso and Midland, TX. |
